How to Use Your Steriliser

Menstrual Cup & Disc Collapsible Steriliser

1. Microwave Steam Cleaning

  • Half-fill the bohokiwi steriliser with water.

  • Insert your menstrual cup or disc.

  • Loosely place the lid on to allow steam to circulate.

  • Microwave for 3–5 minutes.

  • Allow to cool, then remove and air dry on the lid.

2. Boiling Method

  • Fill the bohokiwi steriliser with boiling water.

  • Place your cup or disc inside and close the lid.

  • Leave to soak for 10 minutes.

  • Remove and air dry on the lid.

3. Quick Rinse (At Home or On the Go)

  • Add water and close the lid.

  • Give it a gentle shake to rinse, holding the lid with your finger.

  • Remove the cup or disc and pour out the water into the toilet.

  • Close the lid securely. The three small holes allow steam to escape safely.

  • Microwave for 3–5 minutes.

  • Carefully pour out the hot water through the lid holes - no need to open the lid.

  • Allow to cool before removing.
